Would a police dog fully trained be allowed to a dog park?

Just somewhat curious. I'm talking about a patrol dog (attacker) not a narcotics specialist or SAR specialist. there is a section only for big dogs also so he will be with only big dogs. I have good control over him but im worried if he plays that he could be threatened and hurt a dog? Just wondering.
