Could i be pregnant? 10 points?

in late june, me and a guy were fooling around. we didn't have , but i gave him hand and he came, went to the bathroom, and then fingered me a little. i had a normal period a few days after that, but now i've been feeling tired and peeing frequently, and i'm having a super super light period right now. i don't know if the light period is due to the fact that i've started a high intensity sport in the last month. also, my stomach feels a little upset right now, but it's not terrible. could i be pregnant?
