Relationship Issues Going Crazy Help Please?

im 16 i know im young but i have a 6 month old baby everything was going good until i had the baby no it feels like his true colors are showin he disrespects me he uses profanity towards me he has crazy mood swings he constantly laching out on me for no reason. he doesnt let me wear my hair down he only allows me to watch the discovery channel he doesnt allow me to hav no freinds or phone or work with other peoplemy age. i cant go no where without asking him. im stressing terribly im crying everyday and agruin every minute when he's not with me im worried sick about him im losing weight ( 30 pounds) my hair is starting to fall out im goin crazy but im still so deep in love with him i feel like he's my God given husband i just dont think we're meant to be with each other at this moment.His mother is constantly critizing about how i care for the baby. I want to settle down but he's not ready. Please dont give me no smart answers bout my age just serious anwsers/advice please
