How do you get set in stains out?

My little sister has a pink tutu dress shirt that is so pretty on her but she ruined it with pasta sauce and now I can't get the stains out! I have tried stain treater and washing it thousands of times but it still won't come out. Please help me I need the stains gone hopefully by tomorrow if possible. I will pick best answer.
