Samsung Full HD 1920X1080 video camera?

I bought this camera at less than half price, I see a great pic on the camera screen, but when I try to download it to my laptop or any other comp I can't get any definition and it plays jerky. I can't seem to find any help on the net in any other place. Any Samsung video cam hero's here???
