The ultimate irony?

Allen Iverson got snubbed by coach Colangelo and coach K for the 2008 olympic team. Actually he didn’t even get mentioned for the “tryout”. Unbelievable. Here is a guy that is a future hall of famer, 2 time MVP, been to the nba finals, is always in the top 3 in scoring, right under paul in ist, plays harder and plays hurt more than anyone in the NBA, is a true leader and professional, fills up all the arenas, plus lead the 2002 olympic team in scoring, and is world famous, and they leave him off the team completely??? They say they already have super scores in lebron and kobe and they don’t need to have players competing for shots, are you kidding me, lebron and kobe shoots more than Iverson and are they saying kobe and lebron wont try and compete for shots?? They are the same type of players, samesize, same scoring mentality. Personally I think Iverson is more of a smooth scorer and his first step is the best in the world.
