Can this make Spin dip?

i want to make spin dip.. but in lacking in the cheese department right now. I have frozen spinach, a can of artichokes in water, cream cheese, and sour cream. No mayo. The cheese i have is a low fat montery jack shredded, the powdery kind of kraft parmesean cheese, and deli slices of cheddar. Can i make spinach and artichoke dip with this stuff?
