Who can I sue for my troubled times in life?

Due to an unfortunate accident with a falling cupboard my kitchen porter has taken leave of absence. Through this terribly inconvenient time, I have been forced to adhere to my own needs for the next few days. Only this morning I stubbed my toe on the kitchen table, shouldn't someone take responsibility for this heinous crime. However, I did notice and an advert on the T.V monitor about Smirnoff ice. should they be held accountable ?
