What would people do regarding arranging contact with a father who is violent?

Can you not go to solicitors/court & ask that he has no access to your daughter because of his track record & that you get a restraining order? if it was me then that is what I would do there is no way would I let him see her, your daughter should not be subjected to this & it's always on his grounds you have a right to have a say but he's not listening. He does not deserve a daughter & she doesn't need a dad like that. Good luck
