What is this rash from?

I have a rash around my waist in the front and on the sides of my upper thigh. Like a patch on my upper thigh. When i tak a shower it turns all red and bumpy and when im not in the shower its all dry looking. What is this from?? Im nto ually active so it couldnt be a disease or anything lol. What is this? Please help! :(
