A question about my Truck? The Check Engine Light?

My check engine light came on, and on my way to work this morning I was stopping at a red light, but when i stopped my truck wobbled a little bit then died, it turned back on and I drove to work? I'm getting it checked out at lunch just wondering if anyone had any ideas? I got a new battery less than a month ago
