My brand new car's speaker sounds horrible... can I take it in under warranty?

I bought a 2008 Nissan Altima coupe last weekend. The 2nd or 3rd day I drove it I noticed the right penger speaker was crackling a lot. I definitely did not blow my speaker.. (I happen to know this car has been on the lot for at least 6 months and think a test drover probably blew it). Would a speaker be covered under my warranty? I'm really upset about this. I paid a ton of money for this car and expect my speakers to be good quality. They're Bose!
