i want to say "house"..but im not 100 percent sure...but i can picture ur description and i really think it is...or it mite be the second one...its supposed to be horror but its funny...and the pet is hairless and looks like a chiuaha ferrett mix?...it is def. house 2..i just read the synopis on wiki...check it out...
