How to convince someone you're not a narcissist?

I was walking home with this guy who I think is really cute and I tend to be really chatty (but still very attentive) around guys I like and we were walking home together and neither of us were talking it wasn't awkward though and he randomly just says " I don't like people who are narcissistic I don't know why I guess they just cause too much drama...". I just nodded and we continued walking. Was he hinting to me that I'm a narcissist?! If so how do I change his opinion about me being a narcissist??
