How soon after conception do you get tender ?

I know there are hundreds of posts out there like this but.... If I had on the night of the eleventh day of my cycle. I felt ovulation twinges/cramps on day 13. It is now day 18 of my cycle. My s are quite tender. Can you get tender before implantation? Because my reckoning is that I am not pregnany because surely you would not get tender s before implantation?? Any thoughts??
