How do you take out earrings for the first time?

Some of the studs from Claire's can be very hard to get off, trust me, I've gotten 3 piercings there and it's a pain to get the original ones off. What i did was grab the front of the earring, then use a wash cloth or something that can grip it better for the back and pull each end it opposite directions as hard as you possibly can until the back comes off. By the way, when you said you were twirling that back, if you were referring to trying to like unscrew them or something like that they don't unscrew, you just pull them.
