Has anyone heard of or rented from Gateway Realty & Investment??? 110 Franklin Street, Clarksville, TN 37040?

My husband and I are relocating to Oak Grove KY, and we are looking for a house to rent. The lady I spoke with from Gateway Realty & Investment, said she will send me an application by email. She said I would pay the deposit over the phone. Is this a scam??? I can't afford any mistakes, my husband has to report to his Fort by August 2, 2010. Can someone tell me if they are a real company or not?? Thank you. Army Wife 27 :-)
