Genetic Acne Since 12?

I am 16/M with acne from genetics, its pretty bad but not somthing where everyone stares at me. But Clean&Clear Acne Advantage Kit did nothing, Pads helped for a couple weeks then my skin like built an immunity against it, clearasil does absolutly nothing, the baking soda thing just hurts like hell, i don't want to try proactive i might get stuck with using it. Any other things that will help since these did not?
