Autobiography or Biography?

im 13, so i need to do either an auto or a bio for my next book report. I want it to be : Heart Warming, At least ts 200 pages, and maybe a tear book? something good. i don't want it to have: , murder, no love, or stuff like that. not confusing. *NOTE- IF SOMEONE COULD FIND ONE ABOUT ALZHEIMER'S UR WOULD BE BEST ANSWER!
