14 month old has chronic sickness....?

My daughter just turned 14 mths on the 18th and she is always sick! She was enrolled in daycare a few mths ago and every since then she has had a constant cough, congestion, and runny nose. Every so often she gets a high fever as well! She was diagnosed with pneumonia a mth ago and was hospitalized for 3 days....this was the only time she actually started feeling better. I really don't know what to do as I'm a single mother that's working and going to school. I just turned 24 and have no support 4rom her father's side of the family so therefore if my side of the family can't watch her she has no choice but to go to daycare. I just wanted to know if there were any other mothers out here experiencing what I am and if you guys could give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much :)
