Personality trait, I can't remember what it is?!!!?

Um, whats the personality type, where, someone can adapt to any person, adapt to all situations. Sorta like an iguana, i guess you could call it a social iguana? Someone who has many friends that are all different in personalities because they can adapt to those types of people and those people will truly like them, even though its not really them , because all they're doing is adapting to they're personality?
