People of which Scorpio Decan do you like the most and why?

I've done some research on Scorpios seeing as it is my Moon sign, as well as the sign of a few of my favorite celebrities. My favorite Scorpio decan has always been the third because they seem the sweetest, the most genuine, and the least concerned with competition. I like that.
