High Risk Loans?

Where can i apply online and get a high risk loan approved? Ive tried propser, i dont want anymore payday advances. I want to borrow 5-6 thousand- unsecured to consolidate bills- my credit score is between 490-500. I have a co signer with a score of 697 however they have a high debt to ratio. Ive also tried CITI, American General and a credit.com as well as a few others-
