Just wondering if anyone knows?

if i had every test done cat scan echo cardiogram everything and nothing was ever wrong doctors always sed ur fine should i stop worrying im always worrying about my heart bc i hear ppl dieing from enlarge heart cardiac arrest all that but if i had anything bad or was at risk they would saw it with all test i had and my blood work was fine too soukld i get over it stop worrying im ok its just my anxiety playing with my head bc i know that can mess up ur mind....
