I am Going to Sell Flavored Coffee Beans in One Pound Bags @ a Swap Meet in San Diego This Year, I need to know if Coffee that is "Unprepared", if it is Taxable or Non-Taxable in California & If a San Diego Business Tax Certificate is or is not Required to Sell "Unprepared" One Pound Bags of flavored Coffee Beans.
